OPTIONS FOR PARENTS OR LEGAL GUARDIANS TO REGISTER A MINOR: REGISTER
Option 1: ONLINE and use the electronic release in the Trackside Registration system. Enter each parent’s name and email address; both parents complete the waiver process. Don’t miss the last step: verifying the email each parent will receive! This completes the waiver process.
Option 2: If you want to sign up at the track or only 1 parent can be at the event.
Use this SMARTWAIVER for each parent to complete the waiver process, including the email confirmation at the end.
Option 3: Both parents and the rider come to Registration at the track to fill out and sign the Minor & Parental Consent Waiver.
You will get a confirmation that all parents have signed. We will be able to see the confirmation though Smartwaiver and should have a confirmation on your phone as well to show us.
Disclaimer! There is a section for “sole custody” on any of the waivers forms, DO NOT check this box unless you are the LEGAL, SOLE guardian! Falsely claiming sole custody can cause serious problems down the road!
