We are honored to host such a prestigious event and it is our main goal is for everyone to leave happy and healthy. We have a strong racing background!! We have been to Loretta Lynn Qualifiers, Regionals and Nationals many, many times as racers and as of parents of racers. We state this so you know, we know first hand how important this weekend is for you. Our heart and soul is into racing and Dutch Sport Park. We will try everything in our power to give you the best quality event!

MX Sports form: $25 If you register online you can purchase the form there.
We have some MX Sports forms at registration if you sign up at the track.
Transponders:
- We will be using transponder scoring and MYLaps transponders, MMXT.
- If you rent one at the track they will be $15 per day plus a 1 time deposit, which will be returned once you bring your transponder back.
- If you own your transponder, please make sure it is charged and your subscription is renewed.
- All riders will be required to have a transponder before you register or check in at the track.
- Smurf City riders are not required to have a transponder.
MX sports form if you are trying to qualify:$25 per MXSports Form.
Cash or credit cards accepted at sign up (plus a 3% convenience fee for cards).

Unlike the Area Qualifiers, to confirm your guaranteed spot or Alternate status at the Regional Championship, riders must pre-register with MX Sports by Monday at midnight (ET) the week of each Regional event.

AMA Memberships required by all racers. Join AMA Online. $49 for a full membership,
$35 for youth (age 11 and under).
District Memberships required for Michigan racers, and anyone else who wants to get D14 points.$15 for a year from the month you sign up.
Rider Info
- Vendors include: Michigan MX Tire & Championship Powersports
- For this weekend only - 50cc Open (5-8) will race on Smurf City due to time with the LLQ Class. After this weekend, you will be back on the big track.
- Loretta Lynn Qualifying class chart and days they qualify.
- It is the riders responsibility to sign up in the correct class and now the limited class requirements. If you have any questions please let us know in signup. Limited Classes.
- A visual check check on the Limited Classes in staging.
- We will run all District 14 points paying classes both days. The District 14 classes will be matched up to corresponding LLQ classes. We will separate classes into non qualifying and qualifying classes if needed.
- You may race both days whether you are trying to qualify or not.
- LL Class 21 will run on the abbreviated big track, transponders required.
- LL Class 20 & 22 & 23 (51cc 4-6 & 51cc 7-8 Limited) run on big track, transponders required.
- Transponder scoring will be used and required for all riders on the big track.
- NO Refunds will be given once PRACTICE starts.
- Race order will be posted once sign up is closed at 10:00 am. We will hand out small race orders.
- Once race order is confirmed, class listings will be posted on the sign up window. Double check your entries!
- Awards must be picked up day of event.
- Dutch Sport Park NEW 2026 apparel at the Shirt Shack.
- The Bird Feeder will be open all weekend offering a variety of food.
Facility Rules:
- Water fill on the north side after gate house. Water fill only, no connecting to power washer, etc.
- Bike wash behind shirt shack (white house).
- Flush bathrooms on the north side after gate house.
- Dump station on the north side after the front gate.
- Bird Feeder Concession stand with a big variety of items.
- No bicycle's, stacyc's, pit vehicles in the spectator infield.
Please use common sense. It's spectator area. - Must be 18 yrs. old to ride pit vehicles.
- Pit Vehicle Policy:
- ADULTS, age 18 & up, may use a golf cart, utility side by side, or a pedal bicycle. Pedal assist ebikes are ok.
NO STACYCS! We love those little things, but it’s too dangerous for little kids this weekend with all the traffic.
BICYCLES: Pedal bikes are welcome most places, other than staging. Pedal E-bikes are not allowed on the infield. - Pit vehicles will be shut down at dark! Must be 18 yrs. old to drive a pit verhicle.
- Playground for kids under 12 yrs. and under. Please no bullying the younger kids! If there are problems at the playground, it could result in disqualification in your rider. Sorry we need to post this but there have been some problems at the playground. JUST HAVE FUN!!
- All pets must be on a leash! Please clean up after your pets.
- Firewood for sale at front gate.
- Small campfires are allowed, No digging.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be at their campsite by 11pm.
- Quiet time is 11pm, please respect your neighbors – All loud generators should be turned off then.
